How much does property management cost in Queensland?

Management fees in Queensland typically sit between 7% and 10% of weekly rent, plus a letting fee and small ancillary charges. How quickly will I receive my rent?

Our platform processes rental income and makes it available to you as soon as the tenant pays — not at the end of the month like traditional agencies. This is what we mean by "instant returns": your money stays in your pocket, not our trust account.

How are tenants screened?

Every applicant is checked against the National Tenancy Database, employment and income are verified, and prior rental references are contacted directly. Only after this multi-point check do we present qualified applications to you for final approval.

How do I switch property managers to Freedom?

Switching is simple and we handle it for you end-to-end. We notify your current agency on your behalf, collect the tenant file, bond, keys, and ledger, and brief the tenants directly. Most owners are fully transferred within 30 days with zero disruption to rental income.

How do you handle maintenance and repairs?

Maintenance requests come through our 24/7 portal where you see every job in real time. Routine items under your pre-approved threshold are handled by our vetted trades; anything above is approved by you with photos and quotes before work begins.

How often will I receive inspection reports?

Entry, routine and exit inspections are all conducted with photo and video evidence delivered straight to your portal. Routine inspections occur every 6 months by default, more often by arrangement, in line with the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act.
